- Manage complex commercial litigation matters and contribute to significant files
- Work on class actions, investigations and regulatory disputes

- Draft opinions, memoranda, pleadings and written arguments

Requirements:

- Membership in good standing with the Québec Bar
- Experience in commercial litigation
- Experience managing files and representing clients before courts
- Excellent legal research, analytical and drafting skills
- Robust attention to detail and sound judgment
