Lead hotel restaurant operations in Jasper, Alberta, using guest service and team leadership to support Pursuit’s dining experiences. Coordinate daily service and special events.

As Assistant Manager, you will supervise staff, communicate guest feedback, and help manage the hotel restaurant and banquets. You will support recruitment, training, coaching, inventory, billing, food safety, and venue operations. The position requires organized leadership across multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise staff and exceed customer expectations
- Lead weddings, conferences, and signature events
- Support recruitment, training, coaching, and staff management
- Assist with cocktail creation and menu development
- Oversee inventory, billing, sanitation, and dining areas

Requirements:

- One or more years of hotel or restaurant supervisory experience
- Hotel or Restaurant Management degree considered an asset
- Flexibility for early, late, weekend, and split shifts
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and organized multitasking ability
