Operate laboratory instruments and conduct quality testing at The Coca-Cola Company’s Fairlife facility in Peterborough, Ontario. Support accurate, reliable dairy production.

As a Quality Technician, you will maintain product, ingredient, and environmental testing activities in a manufacturing laboratory. The work includes line audits, sampling, sensory evaluation, SAP traceability, and precise analytical and microbiological records. You will support Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, safety, and continuous improvement while collaborating with production and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation
- Conduct quality audits, evaluations, and production-floor sampling




- Perform SAP traceability exercises and capture production data
- Prepare solutions, media, and reagents under GLPs
- Record results, investigate deviations, and communicate unusual findings

Requirements:

- Two-year college diploma or equivalent work experience
- Two years’ manufacturing laboratory or quality experience
- Proficiency with analytical and microbiological equipment
- Knowledge of SAP or equivalent data systems
- Ability to work adaptable shifts and lift fifty pounds
