Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support by mail, telephone, and personal contact
Process orders, assignments, and internal computer system data
Answer customer questions, inquiries, and requests
Maintain records and complete filing assignments
Prepare auction day paperwork and secure required approvals

Requirements:
Previous experience working in an office setting
Comfort communicating with customers through various channels

Solid interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and assist peers
