About the Role

This is a hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP)to support our rapid-growinge-Storage business across North America. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancingstrategic partnership with day-to-day execution.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver core HR processes, ensuring operational excellence and a strong employee experience.This role will also requite up to 15% travel to different project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

- Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and team effectiveness
- Drive change management initiatives in a high-growth environment





Hands-On HR Delivery

- Execute core HR processes including onboarding, performance cycles, and offboarding
- Support compensation and promotion processes
- Maintain strong operational discipline across HR activities

Employee Relations

- Lead and support employee relations concerns, ensuring consistent and legal practices combined with appropriate documentation.
- Coach managers and leaders on effective people management and workplace practices to mitigate issues
- Proactively identify ER and legal risks and proactively involve HR leadership

Systems & Data (Workday)

- Leverage Workday for HR transactions, reporting, and analytics
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems
- Use insights to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes

Recruitment and Retention

- Partner with Recruitment to support hiring needs
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Champion company culture and values across the e-Storage business

Qualifications & Experience

HR certification (SPHR or SHRM - CP or equivalent) highly desired

- Solid understanding of Canadian and US employment practices and legislation
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Solid working knowledge of Workday (transactions,



reporting, data management)
- Organizational skills are a must
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Experience supporting technical, industrial, or energy-related businesses is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels

Ability to initiate, lead and navigate tough conversations maintaining professional composure.

Compensation & Benefits

Canadian Solar offers a competitive salary plus fully comprehensive benefits and performance bonus package based on an annual objective achievement. The salary range is determined on country and geographical location. This position ranges between $105K - $135K CAD.
