Handle wheat intake and cleaning operations as a Wheat Receiver with P&H; Milling in Springbrook, Alberta. Apply sampling and equipment-monitoring skills daily.

This full time permanent, entry-level mill position supports the daily movement of wheat and cleaning processes. You will work within Parrish & Heimbecker’s P&H; Milling division, receiving wheat by truck, rail, vessel, or Grain Elevator transfer. The work includes inventory monitoring, documentation, sanitation, shift coverage, and preventative maintenance assistance. Previous general labour or manufacturing experience is relevant. Physical fitness, dependable work habits, and instruction-following skills are required for this environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take wheat samples to verify quality on deliveries
- Receive wheat through truck, rail, vessel,



or transfers
- Monitor wheat inventory throughout the plant
- Maintain wheat intake equipment in working condition
- Complete records, sanitation, and preventative maintenance assistance

Requirements:

- Previous general labourer experience
- Previous manufacturing environment experience
- Safely lift and stack 25 kilogram bags
- Follow verbal and written instructions and solve problems
- Work shifts, overtime, weekends, dust, heat, and weather
