As a Business Systems Developer, you will design, build, and maintain internal digital solutions. Your work spans business applications, workflows, third-party integrations, and automation. Grantek’s setting includes IT, Platform Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Business Process teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop internal applications, workflows, and digital tools
Build CRM, ERP, HRIS, Finance, and PM integrations
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Implement secure coding practices and participate in reviews




Troubleshoot defects, integration failures, and system errors

Requirements:
Experience with backend, frontend, and scripting development
Solid REST, GraphQL, webhook, and integration knowledge
Familiarity with Azure or other cloud environments
Experience with Git and GitHub Enterprise
Knowledge of SQL, database design, and data modeling
