CarePartners seeks Registered Nurses for home care and community settings. You will develop care plans, deliver in-person and virtual nursing services, and communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. The position includes diverse assignments across Owen Sound and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain effective community health care plans
Provide exceptional nursing services in person and virtually
Deliver care in homes, clinics, retirement homes, or schools
Liaise with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
Perform other clinical duties as required
Requirements:
Registered Nurse degree or diploma
Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
Valid driver’s license and vehicle for regular travel
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
CPR certification and current immunization record
