Winpak is hiring a Manager of Application Support Services to lead ERP and application support initiatives. This key role will manage the Infor M3 implementation and ongoing support services.This managerial position requires building a comprehensive application support function for Infor M3 and other critical business applications. You will oversee all aspects of application support, release management, and transition processes while fostering collaboration across teams for effective resolution management. Ensure operational continuity and productive resolution of support requests through strategic leadership and systematic processes.Key Responsibilities:
Develop enterprise-wide support for application systems
Manage application support triage and escalation workflows




Coordinate support for Hub Spot CRM and manufacturing software
Create impactful support metrics for evaluation and improvement
Facilitate after-hours support for critical production issuesRequirements:
7+ years in application support or related roles
At least 3 years managing application support teams
Proven experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing context
Skilled in communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
