Weir is seeking a Sandblaster for an industrial role supporting equipment preparation. You will move products with a forklift, clean surfaces to a white metal finish, and apply adhesives or primers. The work requires independent booth operation, accurate documentation, and solid safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
Move products into the sandblasting booth using a forklift
Operate sandblasting equipment to prepare equipment surfaces
Achieve white metal finishes while maintaining quality standards
Complete traveler information and other work documents
Inspect surfaces and apply correct adhesives or primers

Requirements:
One or more years of physical labor, industrial, or shop experience
Comfort working independently inside an isolated sandblasting booth
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with painting or adhesive and primer application preferred
Robust attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
