As a Personal Insurance Advisor, you will counsel existing, assigned, and new clients on personal insurance coverage options. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will build rapport, manage a Personal Lines Book of Business, and become familiar with other insurance lines. The position emphasizes sales growth, retention, coverage reviews, and cross-selling ONE Insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide professional counsel on personal lines coverage options
- Prospect new customers and action all leads
- Manage assigned Personal Lines Book of Business requirements




- Place coverage with insurance markets and manage paper flow
- Support Autopac transactions and review annual coverage needs

Requirements:

- Minimum two years managing a Personal Lines book preferred
- Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License
- Full CAIB designation considered a strong asset
- Organized, productive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Effective communication and flexible team approach
