As Crew Travel Supervisor, you will supervise daily team operations and support corporate travel for crew and company personnel. The position combines airline rules and fares, Microsoft 365, travel spend analysis, and vendor management. You will help maintain accurate records while supporting policy compliance and month-end activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set priorities, distribute workloads, coach, and support Crew Travel staff
- Review invoices against bookings, schedules, rates, and company policy
- Track monthly spend, explain variances, and present savings recommendations




- Oversee reconciliations and maintain audit-ready supporting records
- Coordinate airline, hotel, rental car, and ground transportation arrangements

Requirements:

- One to two years’ travel consulting or airline travel services experience
- College diploma in Travel and Tourism or related experience
- Robust proficiency across Microsoft 365 applications
- Full understanding of airline rules and fares
- Availability for evenings and extended hours when required
