As Production Planner, you will build and optimize schedules across manufacturing sites for the right products and timing. You will manage daily planning, production orders, inventory, and performance tracking. The work connects production, procurement, and customer service through explicit schedule communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute daily and weekly schedules for assigned production lines
- Resequence plans around breakdowns, shortages, and priority changes
- Create accurate production orders in the MRP/ERP system
- Track plan-versus-actual results and report production gaps
- Monitor inventory,



KPIs, and schedule changes across teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in operations, logistics, or supply chain
- Zero to three years in production planning, scheduling, or operations
- Intermediate Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables
- Organized, rigorous approach with adaptability when plans change
- Fluency in French and English for Ontario and United States colleagues
