Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor manages planning, procurement, storage, control, and distribution of materials and products. This supervisor oversees shift production schedules, addresses deviations, and supports subordinate motivation and development. The position requires comprehensive production knowledge, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee production planning and scheduling during assigned shifts
Address activities that could cause production schedule deviations
Balance labor costs and machine requirements




Motivate and develop subordinates to optimize performance
Oversee routine housekeeping and related department activities

Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of product production
Robust leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
High school graduation with vocational training
Minimum three years in a manufacturing setting
