This full time Hotel Maintenance Associate supports daily maintenance department operations at Blue Mountain Resort. The work includes demand service requests, preventive maintenance, general repairs, equipment installation, and daily rounds. Carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, painting, wallpapering, and tiling are part of the stated duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and action demand service requests
Execute preventive maintenance work and daily rounds
Repair and maintain machines, equipment, rooms, and buildings
Clean, adjust, and repair pools and hot tubs




Complete painting, wallpapering, tiling, and equipment installation

Requirements:
Knowledge and experience in building trades
Experience with carpentry, drywall, plumbing, framing, or electrical
In office construction experience is an asset
Previous pool maintenance experience is an asset
Painting, tile, drywall, stucco, or wood finishing experience is an asset
