As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer and insurance partner relationships for a repair facility. Schedule vehicle repairs, process assignments, prepare documentation, and record communications using ASE. The position requires effective communication, accuracy, and solid knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly service by phone, email, and in person
Schedule vehicle repair appointments using the repair management system
Process insurance assignments promptly for repair facilities
Prepare repair orders with accurate supporting documentation

Requirements:
High School Diploma
Minimum one year of customer service experience
Automotive industry experience ideally preferred
Robust Google platform and Microsoft Office knowledge
Valid driver's license required
