Job Description
The Technical Project Assistant/IT Coordinator will assist the Retail Technology Department in managing the deployment of new equipment or software upgrades for retail service stations and convenience stores. This includes normalizing point of sale systems and communications equipment behavior across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:
• Work with technical staff to normalize point of sale system and communications equipment behavior by following scripted instructions
• Manage and update rollout schedules daily
• Facilitate the collection and analysis of site surveys
• Create equipment and service requirement schedules for system upgrades
• Monitor progress using developed methods and checklists
• Coordinate and communicate upgrade schedules with various stakeholders
• Resolve project issues and ensure timely follow-up and communication




• Process vendor invoices and project expenses
• Provide technical administration for onboarding/offboarding of Retail sites to Mobile/Loyalty App
• Configure web-based systems to enable functionality at multiple locationsTechnical Project Assistant/IT Coordinator

Skills:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
• Solid organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities

Skills:
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
