Lead evening warehouse operations in Mississauga using WMS systems, inventory control, and safety-focused team supervision. Monday to Friday, 3:30pm to 12:00am.

This Warehouse Operations Supervisor role oversees team members across receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and shipping. You will support operational plans, service objectives, cost objectives, and productivity standards. The position requires leadership, customer service, reporting, and warehouse process knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead employee management and development for warehouse team members
- Train and coach employees on WMS systems
- Drive productivity, performance standards, goals, and targets
- Support inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies
- Promote secure work practices and company policies

Requirements:

- One to two years of relevant warehouse experience
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience
- High school diploma
- Counterbalance and end-rider power jack experience
- Microsoft Office, Excel, computer, and keyboarding proficiency
