Warby Parker is seeking a motivated Store Leader to lay the foundation for our Vancouver retail operations. You will lead a team of Managers, Opticians, and Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve personal and store financial goals.

You'll hire, train, and develop your team, manage scheduling and payroll, and partner with Marketing to drive store events while upholding Warby Parker's values and brand standards.
