As an Automotive Parts Advisor, you will help customers, technicians, and wholesale accounts find the right parts. The work combines order management, customer service, inventory accuracy, and computer-based parts systems. Experience in a dealership, parts retailer, or similar workplace is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, source, and order parts and accessories
Answer counter and telephone inquiries with accurate pricing
Prepare quotes, process transactions, and complete invoices
Receive shipments, verify orders, and organize stock
Monitor outstanding orders and maintain inventory records

Requirements:
Automotive parts knowledge
Solid customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
Confidence using computers and learning inventory systems
Valid driver's licence and acceptable driving record
