You will support clients across four First Nations through comprehensive community nursing. The work emphasizes culturally grounded, holistic, and community-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive in-home nursing services to community clients
Support clients’ health, quality of life, and independence
Perform IV therapy, wound, ostomy, and tube feeding care
Provide palliative care and respond to emergencies




Develop and facilitate health teaching initiatives

Requirements:
Registered Practical Nurse in valuable standing with College of Nurses Ontario
Minimum two years of nursing experience
Robust assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
