Lead Cartier fragrance sales in Toronto with exceptional client experience, product knowledge, and confident luxury selling throughout the Holiday season.

As Cartier’s Fragrance Ambassador, you will achieve fragrance targets while elevating each guest’s personal Maison journey. You will educate boutique colleagues, discover fragrance needs, handle objections, and support daily boutique operations. The role develops client relationships through CRM and networking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Create exceptional experiences that generate solid fragrance sales
Introduce fragrance for self-purchase and gifting
Partner with Sales Associates to cross-sell fragrance
Maintain testers, samples, displays, and stock levels
Support fragrance events, sampling, and boutique initiatives

Requirements:
Two to five years’ luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience
General knowledge of the perfume category
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent sales skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision
