Lead Beem enterprise projects remotely within British Columbia using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver strategic initiatives effectively.

As Project Manager, you will plan and oversee concurrent projects across their business life cycles. You will define scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and budgets with stakeholders. The role requires communication, analysis, adaptable methodology selection, and collaboration with developers, designers, QA, departments, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects of varying size and complexity
- Develop Agile and Waterfall project plans
- Facilitate sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Track milestones, budgets, and project progress
- Coordinate testing and post-implementation reviews

Requirements:

- Relevant post-secondary degree or diploma
- Five or more years of related experience
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Project Management Qualified designation preferred
- Financial services experience considered an asset
