Lead LOTO program implementation in Leroy, Saskatchewan, using mechanical isolation expertise and solid coordination skills on a construction project. The rotation is 14x7 with 12-hour days.

The LOTO Coordinator develops, implements, maintains, and improves the project Lockout/Tagout Program. This position provides training, guidance, and enforcement across the workforce. The work supports construction, commissioning, first energization, and start-up activities while coordinating with contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and continuously improve the site LOTO Program
- Coordinate requests, isolation plans, permits, and WPRAs
- Validate boundaries, zero-energy states, and authorized work
- Maintain digital systems, registers, records,



and documentation
- Train personnel and audit contractor compliance

Requirements:

- Minimum five years’ heavy industrial mechanical experience
- Minimum two years as a LOTO Coordinator
- Experience managing LOTO programs in industrial environments
- Knowledge of mechanical, process, piping, and electrical isolation
- Ability to interpret P&IDs; and engineering drawings
