Key Responsibilities:
Promote brand initiatives and drive sales across all channels
Coach associates through feedback and floor guidance

Enforce payment, discount, return, and loss prevention procedures
Maintain visual merchandising, restocking, and backstore operations

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months of retail or service management experience
Deep interest in fashion and customer-first service
Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
Ability to stand and lift up to 35 pounds
