Reporting to the Site Manager, the Site Supervisor leads operational tasks relating to the yard. This hands-on manager organizes workflow, communicates expectations, and collaborates with management to improve processes. The position requires leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Set performance goals and communicate deadlines to employees
Organize workflow and clarify delegated duties
Monitor productivity and provide feedback and coaching
Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies

Requirements:
Previous experience as a supervisor
Metal scrap industry experience considered an asset
Knowledge of commercial trucks and forklifts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
