Support automated pharmacy systems overnight at Shoppers Drug Mart’s Richmond Hill location through calibration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.

As Technical Lead, you will support seamless pharmacy fulfillment while reporting to the Supervisor. Your work includes optimizing robot functionality, maintaining automation trackers, following preventative maintenance plans, and escalating equipment issues to vendors. You will also train Pharmacy Assistants and Verifiers on basic troubleshooting and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level troubleshooting for automation equipment
• Calibrate robots and align DSP, non-DSP, and backorder workflows
• Audit optimization trackers, performance logs, and automation changes
• Track inventory, maintenance parts,
  
  
  
  and preventative maintenance activities
• Deliver basic automation training to Pharmacy Assistants and Verifiers

Requirements:

• Automation experience in production or healthcare environments
• Robust technical troubleshooting and accuracy skills
• Ability to analyze OEE and machine performance data
• Organizational skills for prioritizing tasks under pressure
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical familiarity is an asset
