Key Responsibilities:
Welcome office visitors with engaging, anticipative service
Coordinate space reservations and guest registrations
Register clients and visitors using internal systems
Coordinate vendors and catering suppliers for meetings
Conduct opening and closing duties

Requirements:
Luxury hospitality degree or experience considered an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
