As a Financial Services Representative in CIBC’s Contact Centre, you will proactively contact clients about recent and existing financial services products. This six-month contract requires French and English fluency to support operations outside Quebec. You will understand client needs, provide information, resolve issues quickly, and recommend solutions connected to financial goals.
