As a Performance Coach, you will deliver HYROX and other Performance programs, including REGYMEN, Craft Boxing Co., and PEAK. The position focuses on high-quality class experiences, preparation, promotion, and retention strategies. You will also follow operating procedures and complete administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver HYROX and Performance programs safely
Provide engaging instruction and leadership for participants
Review workout plans and scripting before classes
Set up equipment and maintain studio cleanliness
Promote classes to encourage member engagement

Requirements:
Relevant fitness certification
Previous health and fitness industry experience
Current canfitpro certification or equivalent
Ability to follow class operating procedures
Willingness to complete required Learning Zone modules
