Oversee and manage the conduct and performance of all direct reports, providing timely and effective feedback to staff members as required Ensure all staff performance reviews (probationary, semi-annual and annual) are completed in a timely manner Provide local, regional, national or company-wide compliance leadership/expertise Write Procedures for the Branch Manager Supervision Team procedure manual influences the team's service level and ability to achieve its objectives in terms of quality, volume and deadlines Meets the proficiency requirements of a supervisor for retail and managed accounts Work with internal and external strategic partners, committees, executives to influence, persuade, implement compliance policies, processes and goals Train and develop new and existing members of the Branch Manager Account Supervision Team Proficient in delivering presentations and public speaking at all levels including National Conferences Support in the development and implement compliance service offering that is aligned with iA PW corporate philosophy with documented policies, procedures and training materials for advisors,

French language proficiency is considered a strong asset. Holds a valid Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification and possess a valid Branch Manager designation/registration (mandatory).
