You will supervise floor operations, support customer experience, and drive daily sales achievement. The work includes opening and closing routines, register operation, and reporting analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform opening and closing routines
- Guide and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates
- Operate register and point of sale systems
- Drive customer experience and daily sales achievement
- Analyze reporting for store decisions

Requirements:

- At least one year of retail experience preferred
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Robust customer focus and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication, initiative, and confidence
- Availability Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays
