Operate shearing, punching, and bending equipment as a Machine Operator at Eaton’s Milton, Ontario manufacturing facility. Work the stated 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule.

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division seeks a Machine Operator supporting standard and custom panel boards and switchboards. This position requires fabrication experience, drawing interpretation, digital software use, and protected machine operation. You will set up equipment and produce parts for internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and safely operate shearing, punching, and bending machines
- Complete pre-start safety checks and report concerns
- Use Dynamic Machine Management and drawing vault software
- Determine operation sequences and feed material through machines




- Organize completed orders using proper bins, tags, and pallets

Requirements:

- Completed high school diploma
- Minimum one year of fabrication machine operation experience
- Experience operating shearing, punching, or bending machines
- Ability to read basic drawings and layouts
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
