As a Host on the MLSE Food & Beverage Team, you will greet guests, manage SevenRooms reservations, and maintain dining room flow. You will coordinate seating plans, communicate guest preferences, and support smooth restaurant operations. The position suits candidates with robust interpersonal skills and restaurant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and create professional first impressions
- Manage accurate in-person reservations through SevenRooms
- Organize seating plans with the Manager
- Oversee waitlists and provide accurate wait times
- Support table resetting and service continuity

Requirements:

- Smart Serve Certification is required
- Previous high-volume restaurant or club experience preferred
- Availability for flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
- SevenRooms or similar reservation system proficiency is an asset
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
