Formulate and recommend an operations budget to Corporate Management and upon approval, monitor deviations and initiate corrective action in order to control costs Reviews and analyses progress towards the achievement of sales forecasts and operational objectives on a regular basis, and initiates action as required. Responsible for all aspects of human resource management within the Division including hiring, promoting, performance management,



coaching and discharging within company policy and regulatory compliance Drive a customer focused culture that focused on being the most farmer centric agronomic solutions provider Analyses capital requirements and provides recommendations regarding capital budget needs Plans and develops policy and procedures and ensures adherence Review new technology in operations and provides recommendation to Senior Management Complies and enforces all Nutrien and Industry regulatory and SH&E; standards Bachelor’s degree required, preferable in agronomy or a related field 15+ years of relevant work experience required 5+ years of demonstrated successful experience of farm supply marketing Well-rounded knowledge of agricultural products and practices Advanced business skills of branch management Thorough understanding of fertilizer and agricultural chemical usage Computer skills in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Understanding of the agricultural demands and practices of the division Manage during ‘crisis situations’ while maintaining qualified behavior Extensive travel by vehicle required Ability to meet the Nutrien Ag Solutions policy requirement by completing a Criminal background check, Drug/alcohol testing, and Driving Record Abstract We evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, and other legally protected characteristics.
