Home and Auto Insurance Discounts CAA Corporate Discount The Regional Director of Daily Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operational performance of multiple hotel properties within the assigned region. Working closely with General Managers and property teams, the position focuses on driving operational discipline, improving guest satisfaction, and maintaining seamless daily hotel operations. Ensure all hotels operate in alignment with brand standards, company policies, and established operating procedures. Establish and monitor daily performance benchmarks related to service quality, productivity, and operational execution. Conduct frequent on-site visits to assess guest experience, cleanliness standards, service delivery, and operational readiness. Drive a culture of accountability, consistency, and responsiveness across all hotel teams. Review guest satisfaction scores, online reviews, and internal feedback systems to enhance the overall guest experience. Support hiring, onboarding,



and training initiatives to ensure operational staff are well-prepared and aligned with standards. Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing performance feedback to property leadership teams. Maintain solid relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and local partners to support operational success. Lead and manage all AODA-related compliance across the region, including conducting audits, liaising with government authorities and the Ministry when required, and supporting General Managers and HR teams to ensure all properties consistently meet accessibility standards and regulatory requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent operational experience. 7-10 years of progressive hotel operations experience, including multi-property oversight or senior leadership roles. Strong background in managing daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services. Proven ability to manage multiple locations and teams in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset. Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and performance indicators. Ability to adapt quickly, make decisions under pressure, and manage competing priorities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational demands require.
