Global events, sponsorships, and stakeholder experiences define this CAE marketing role, supporting tradeshows and customer events worldwide. International travel is required.

As a Tradeshows, Events & Sponsorships Specialist, you will plan, organize, and execute events, sponsorships, and memberships. The work includes logistics, contracts, budgets, and reporting. You will coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Corporate Communications, Brand, and Leadership teams to align objectives and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage annual Events and Sponsorships calendar
Coordinate planning, logistics, execution, and post-event activities
Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and suppliers
Measure event performance and recommend improvements




Maintain sponsorship and donations reports for Civil

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, events, business, or related field
Three to five years’ event or sponsorship experience
Experience managing large-scale skilled events or tradeshows
Solid project management, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 40%
