As Brand and Sales Leader, you directly manage Wellness Nutrition Coach, Sport and Fitness Advisor, Health and Beauty Advisor, and Health and Wellness Ambassador teams. You will mentor team members, monitor KPIs, and translate brand messages into meaningful store experiences. The position supports store leadership through training, merchandising, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales initiatives through motivation, tracking, and coaching
Champion brand storytelling across in-store customer experiences
Manage and mentor wellness department teams
Monitor sales growth, satisfaction,

Support promotions, loyalty campaigns, and sales tactics

Requirements:
Three to five years retail, sales, or leadership experience
Proven success meeting or exceeding retail sales goals
Experience training or mentoring team members
Solid communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS, and digital reporting tools
