Schlegel Villages seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing Care for a six-month temporary assignment beginning November 2026. This in office leadership role supports nursing teams through clinical guidance, quality assurance, trend analysis, and education. You will also contribute to resident-focused care and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Support resident-centred social culture and clinical care quality
Guide self-directed nursing and clinical team members
Track trends and drive quality assurance initiatives
Provide clinical leadership, training, and education
Manage inventory and supplies for clinical teams

Requirements:
Current Registered Practical Nurse registration with College of Nurses Ontario
Current Heart Save Level of CPR certification
Three years leading departments in healthcare settings

Understanding of physical, mental, and emotional role demands
