Use data accuracy and perks administration skills as a Plan Structure Data Associate with Canada Life in a permanent full time role.

You will set up and maintain group benefits plan information in Canada Life administration systems. The work supports accurate claims payments, client billing, and premium collection. You will manage routine and complex caseload assignments while reviewing records, investigating discrepancies, and confirming completed work.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up records for recent group benefits plans and amendments
Review applications and supporting documents for accuracy
Enter and update plan information in administration systems
Create dental benefit calculations and initial billing information




Communicate exceptions and unresolved issues to appropriate teams

Requirements:
