We are a family located in Ganges, Saltspring Island, British Columbia, seeking a part time helper to assist in household chores, occasional meals and shopping. We are aged 93 and 85 and have physical handicaps that limit mobility and travel. The primary responsibilities include light housekeeping, Mel prep and cleanup, grocery shopping and driving to local appointments. Assistance with loading and unloading groceries and wheelchairs from cars needed. We offer a competitive wage of $25 per hour. This position requires someone who is compassionate, patient, and experienced in elder care. You will be expected to work closely with our family to meet our specific needs.
