Senior Solutions Designer – Oracle Siebel CRM / Adobe AEM

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Solutions Designer

to design and deliver enterprise solutions aligned with business requirements and technical standards. 7+ years of experience

designing solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies. Strong expertise in developing business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements, and functional design documents. Experience developing high-level application flows, detailed process flows, use cases, and business rules. Hands‑on experience with

UI/UX design, wireframes, screen mockups, and high‑fidelity prototypes

using Figma or Adobe XD. Robust understanding of

WCAG/AODA accessibility , user research, usability testing,



user personas, and customer journey mapping. Experience creating and maintaining business architecture artefacts, application screen flows, and CRUD matrices. Proficiency in test strategies, UAT planning, test cases, change management, and Rational Unified Process (RUP). Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Nice to Have:

Oracle Policy Automation (OPA)/Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) and Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model experience.
