Lead fleet performance in Calgary with asset management and operational engineering expertise across GeologicAI’s global core scanning trailers.
As Manager, Technical Operations, you will build the Fleet Performance Group and strengthen reliability across deployed Production units. The work combines team development, MaintainX governance, configuration control, KPI reporting, and cross-functional accountability. You will support mining operations through consistent, scalable technical support.
Key Responsibilities: Develop the Fleet Performance Group charter and operating model
Hire and develop a 10 to 15 FTE team
Establish MaintainX as the asset management system of record
Approve Production asset changes through risk and benefit reviews




Report uptime, MTTR, and other fleet KPIs monthly
Requirements: 10 or more years in asset management or fleet operations
Experience building cross-functional operational teams
Direct CMMS or asset management platform experience
Experience improving defined operational performance KPIs
Experience managing distributed teams across time zones
Apply technical operations leadership, change management, and data discipline to improve GeologicAI fleet reliability worldwide.
