As a Personal Banking Associate with TD Canada Trust, you will address everyday banking needs and customer concerns. You will explain mobile, ATM, and online banking while guiding customers toward suitable contacts and solutions. The role also supports branch operations and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer advice needs and banking service transactions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Resolve customer problems and escalate critical issues
Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
Complete business processes and accurate documentation
Requirements: High School diploma and one year relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Solid communication, organization, and time management skills
Bring customer experience, banking knowledge, digital education, and sound judgement to TD’s Montréal branch team.
