As an Outbound Financial Services Representative, you will work in CIBC’s Contact Centre, engaging clients about financial products and campaigns. You will explore their needs, recommend relevant solutions, and provide prompt information or issue resolutions. The work requires communication, client service, and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities: Reach out to clients through outbound calls
Discuss current and existing financial services products
Understand clients’ financial needs through meaningful conversations
Recommend solutions supporting clients’ financial goals




Provide information and resolutions to client issues
Requirements: Flexibility Monday through Saturday within stated hours
Ability to work independently from a secure home workspace
Wired internet supporting required call quality and speeds
Ability to navigate multiple applications and dual monitors
Capacity to attend the primary CIBC location within two hours
Bring client engagement, outbound calling, and financial product knowledge to CIBC’s home-based Contact Centre service.
