As a Dispatcher, you connect drivers, internal teams, and customers through route coordination and service order management. You will track productivity, record critical service data, and resolve delivery or pickup problems. The role works with sales, operations, customer service, and maintenance personnel.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule service and accommodate customer service changes
Dispatch calls according to routes and driver locations
Track productivity and record critical service information
Complete driver check-ins and review route paperwork




Resolve service issues through cross-functional coordination
Requirements: One to two years in transportation, dispatch, or customer service preferred
Prior dispatching experience is a solid asset
Understanding of TDG requirements and waste manifests
Knowledge of hours of service regulations is an asset
Proficiency with Gmail, Sheets, and Docs
Apply transportation dispatch, customer communication, and route coordination skills to support reliable GFL service operations.
