Brandt seeks a Parts Person for its Mississauga dealership. You will help customers find necessary parts, provide pricing information, process online orders, and support warehouse operations. The position reports to the Parts Manager and collaborates with others to deliver customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with locating necessary parts and pricing information
Process online parts orders accurately
Unload, receive, store, and locate incoming materials
Ship parts to customers and other branches
Support technicians and complete inventory documentation
Requirements: Parts or warehousing knowledge and skills
Previous parts industry experience preferred
Effective customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Adaptable schedule for shifts, weekends, and holidays
