We're hiring a Customer Success Specialist to support and guide our users—from grassroots fundraisers to national nonprofits as they run successful events on our platform.

What You’ll Do:
Support users via email, chat, and occasionally calls
Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Help improve internal processes and collaborate with a fully remote team

What You Bring:
Customer support experience (email/chat/Zoom)




Tech-savvy with excellent communication skills
Comfortable with Excel and basic web design
Work from home experience & self-starter mentality
Solid attention to detail and organization

Requirements:
Eligible to work in Canada with fluent English
Must live in the Pacific time zone, no exceptions

Bonus Points for:
Experience in nonprofit fundraising events
Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Intercom, Enchant

Schedule:

Choose between:
4 x 10 hour days (Thu-Sun, 1:00PM-11:00PM PT)
5 x 8 hour days (Thu-Mon, 3:00PM-11:00PM PT)
