Conduct occupational hearing testing across British Columbia as an Industrial Audiometric Technician based near Vernon, using customer service and mobile technology.

Connect Hearing’s Workplace Industrial Division offers comprehensive training through BCIT and Connect Hearing for this permanent, full time field-based position. The work includes occupational hearing tests, respirator fit testing, reporting, vehicle care, and representing Connect Hearing at company worksites. Current BCIT certification may support an earlier start date.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in office occupational hearing tests under WorkSafeBC regulations
Perform respirator fit testing when necessary
Complete reports using Microsoft Office 365 and mobile applications




Deliver customer service at company worksites
Maintain the company vehicle according to Connect Hearing procedures

Requirements:
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Residence in Vernon, Armstrong, Enderby, or Salmon Arm
Comfort with extensive travel and overnight stays
Robust organization, time management, and attention to detail
Technology confidence with laptops, mobile applications, and Microsoft Office 365

Build technical expertise through BCIT training while delivering accurate hearing tests, reporting, and client service throughout British Columbia.
