Teach protected, educational activities at Life Time’s Kids Academy while supporting children ages three months to 11 years. Organize engaging games and programming.

As a Kids Instructor, you will provide educational and fitness-minded programming for children. You will organize, instruct, and implement activities according to the Kids Academy Schedule. The work includes supporting cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. You will also interact with members, guests, parents, and team members while maintaining a safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Instruct organized activities for children ages three months to 11 years
Prepare classes and transfer children to and from programming
Maintain attendance, development, and incident records
Monitor children, equipment, toys,



and surroundings for safety
Clean program areas and restock supplies after each class

Requirements:
Less than a High School Diploma or GED
Complete Kids On-Demand Required Learnings before starting work
Obtain First Aid certification within the first 60 days
Obtain Infant, Child, and Adult CPR/AED certification within 60 days
Solid communication and customer service skills preferred

Support Life Time families through safe instruction, positive behavior management, and engaging Kids Academy programming.
